DESCRIPTION:
Overview course, which presents the major tax planning strategies involved in personal and business tax planning. Most of the tax techniques that are presented in-depth in the other graduate tax subjects are spotlighted here. This is the most popular of the tax subjects because it allows for an overview of advanced taxation techniques within a short period of time, thus clarifying and expanding the student's understanding, evaluation and implementation of those techniques. This course requires a separate set of books.
